Prairie Pines Housing Development

Prairie Pines is our newest residential development.  It was developed in 2017 and it is located on the north side of Hankinson. This residential development has 39 city lots, includes a city park, and has a neighborhood feel at every turn.

Lots are just $5,000.  Special Assessments:  $23,000/lot or $1,060.67/lot annually.  A 2-year property tax exemption is available on all new construction homes in Hankinson.
