Hankinson Public School is a K-12 school with an enrollment of 250.  There are 24 highly qualified teachers and an excellent support staff.   The Hankinson School Board continually invests in technology and facilities.  Most recently, a new 6,500 sq. ft.  Agricultural Innovation Center was built to a provide more classsroom and hands-on activities for students. 

HPS has small class sizes and low student/teacher ratios.  More than 20 academic, athletic and other extra curricular programs are offered.  The highly recognized science fair program has students participating in the International Science and Engineering Fair each year for nearly 30 years.  The excellent music program sends many students to state competitions each year.  Our highly-successful athletic programs offer opportunities for students grades 5-12.
